The festivities were opened by the director of the Kórnik Culture Centre Sławomir Animucki as well as the current mayor Przemysław Pacholski. We had the honour of leading the white lady to the stage in Kórnik. The new white lady – Martyna Piasecka from Bnin – gave an oath and received the keys to the town from the mayor. A series of artistic performances followed after the official ceremony.
